- Once you place an order, you will receive an email from us. Allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed. We will work diligently to get all orders processed as quick as we can.

- Allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. However, expect delays due to COVID- 19. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us and a tracking number.

-There is a flat rate of $9.00 for shipping through USPS Priority Mail and a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping through UPS Ground. Free shipping for orders over $60. NOTE: Shipping rates vary during holiday season.

- Yes! We ship all over the US.

- We package our orders precisely and make sure that they are safe to ship out. However, we are not in control of the package once it is in transit. Because we appreciate you, we will work with you to resolve any issues. Just email us with your order number at contact@kaymariekandles.com. :)

- Unfortunately, once the package is with the carrier we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. We pray it doesn't, but if this happens, contact the carrier.
